Jubulile had been infected with a Darkhold-augmented fragment of the Carnage symbiote, enabling her to sense Carnage’s thoughts and memories. This power allowed Jubulile to aid the Eddie Brock, now the host of Toxin, and the Anti-Carnage Taskforce in pursuit of Carnage. She absorbed the Toxin and Raze symbiotes from Eddie Brock and Claire Dixon and evolved into a new symbiote, Panacea. Able to fly and control light and psionic energy, she was instrumental in defeating the dark god Chthon.
