Julian is a young boy who roams the streets of the city of Meridiana. For the longest time he was forced to pick-pocket for a cruel man, until Cybersix met him and managed to help him escape. He gradually became something of a little brother to her and acts as her eyes and ears on the streets. He tries his best to help Cybersix out in her fights, but typically winds up being the one in need of rescue. Cybersix will therefore usually have Data 7 keep an eye on Julian to keep him out of trouble.
