Overview
Dubbed “the world’s most muscular man” his strength is artificially created through experiments and the use of various drugs. He represents Toyo Electric Power Co in the Kengan Annihilation Tournament.
Personality
He is usually quiet, letting his appearance do the talking. He is shown to be thoughtful, as well as slightly honorable, but fully believes in his own strength. He believes that there is no one who can defeat him.
History
Nothing is known about Julius’s life before his appearance in Chapter 35.
The Kengan Annihilation Tournament.
Julius is Toyo Electric’s best bid to win the tournament, by using him to intimidate their rivals and bolster their allies, they hoped to win the tournament with him.
First Round
He was slated to fight Murder Music’s fighter, Sawada, in the first round. But he won by forfeit when Toyo’s fighters threatened MM’s CO by saying they would refuse to sell electricity to her. After the match he is confronted by an angry Sawada, and fights him anyway. He easily beat Sawada, blocking his kick with his impenetrable muscles. Then grabbing him and smashing him into the wall, breaking his leg. He contemplated breaking his other leg, but left when Kazuo and Ohma arrived at the scene.
Second Round
He fought Wakatsuki Takeshi in the Second round, and despite being closely matched, lost after and long, vicious fight. He was knocked out by a roundhouse kick to the head.
The Takeover
Despite being affiliated with them, he was targeted by Guardian Foot soldiers during their attempted takeover of the Kengan Annihilation Tournament. This was a futile attempt, as they couldn’t harm him, resulting in him turning against them and wreaking havoc.
Third Round
He was shown observing the Third round of the Tournament along with the other defeated fighters. He stoically ignored Sawada yelling at him, focusing on watching the remaining fighters.

- He is physically the strongest character in the Kengan series.
- Despite his large size, he is rather fast.
- He was able to tow the worlds most powerful racecar with little to no effort.
