Karl lives in a garden he made on the top of a building. There he tends his vegetables and fruit. He feels the same guilt all of the FreakAngels feel for their part in ending the world, in flooding London.
He wears a tinfoil cap to screen out the other FreakAngels because he claims he’s tired of hearing about their love lives through the telepathy. But they still come to him to talk and figure out their problems.
