She also states she was tricked by Praetorian into performing oral sex on him on a chance to escape criminal charges in the past.

Kasey is shown to have various mental powers including telepathy and psychic abilities to fool someone as powerful as The Bastard. Her role, despite being a captive, allowed the team to trick the Bastard into killing one of his own men rather than her and allowed her and the group to escape.
