Origin
Kaye Daye became a member of The Mystery Analysts of Gotham City after one of her mystery novels based on an real life unsolved case actually contained the solution to the real case.
Creation
Kaye first appeared in Batman #164 created by France Herron, Sheldon Moldoff and Joe Giella.
Character Evolution
Kaye remained a member of The Mystery Analysts of Gotham City for all of the group’s appearances in the mid 1960’s. She returned briefly in Superman #277 where she was revealed to be the aunt of Daily Planet writer Steve Lombard.
Major Story Arcs
Kaye appears in all appearances of The Mystery Analysts of Gotham City but never had a major role (until, perhaps, Batman #295).

Kaye is highly intelligent and a skill mystery solver and writer.
