 Kendal Fletcher is the daughter of a Gotham Councilman. She was believed dead but then her body turned up missing and she was found alive with no memory working at a strip club. She apparently had been reanimated and her memory erased and forced to perform and who knows what else at the strip club. When she was rescued by Ghost and Batgirl ( Cassandra Cain).
