Kerwin J. Broderick was a famous San Francisco lawyer with covert connections to crime. He allied with Moondragon in her initial visit to the planet and helped her in mutating several ordinary people to new supervillains. He was seeking to use them to gain power for himself and eventually betrayed Moondragon.
When Daredevil, Black Widow and Moon Dragon decide to fight him, he melds with Terrex, a creature without a soul which serves as a host for Broderick’s.
He’s finally defeated by Daredevil, Moon Dragon Black Widow and Angar the Screamer.
