Not to be confused with the artist of the same name, Kevin O’Neill appears in 2000AD prog 5 as a character in the Judge Dredd strip.
After an unsuccessful attempt to kill Judge Dredd with a giant robot King Kong (Krong), Dredd disables the oversize gorilla and drops it on O’Neill…it’s his first, and only, appearance.
As an early Dredd strip it has been reprinted many times since.
