Kid Scout was an inhabitan of Heroville, the secret project to produce metahumans for the US army in the 50s. His life was the as the other kids from his community until the attack of the Hollow men. After hidding in his secret lair, Kid Scout was rescued by Superman just in time for the attack of the Hollow men. To stop the Hollow Men, Superman and his allies neede the help of the Hollow Men creator, writer Ben Conrad. With his abilities to track and transport, Kid Scout found Conrad and moved him to Heroville in time to stop the rampage of his subconscious creations.
After this adventure, Kid Scout returned to his life in the secret community.
