A member of mutant hunting group the Contingency. Along with his teammates Shrike, Condor, and Kite he is incarcerated by S.H.I.E.L.D. Rapture being the only one of the group to escape being captured by Captain America, Ms Marvel, and Wolverine vowed to break the them out.
