King Billy is a Cajun trapper operating from the swamps of Louisiana. He is an expert trapper, and has been granted protectorate over the Animals and Plants of the Swamp, but only the Animals and Plants of the Swamp. He was seen battling the new Blockbuster, with the help of Mon-El.
Powers
King Billy is able to channel the powers of both the Animals and Plants of the Swamp, however, his powers are limited to only those Animals and Plants found in his swamps, thus making him unreliable outside of the area.
