Origin
Knowbot was a chunky computer hacker that was hired by a client to declassify government information. His client sent over a bruiser named Kill-O-Byte to watch over him while he hacked into the FBI files. The Justice Department discovered the computer intrusion and asked Captain America to investigate. The super soldier crashes into the warehouse loft where the hacking was taking place and engages with Kill-O-Byte. Knowbot completes the file transfer but is killed when Kill-O-Byte destroys his computer equipment and electrocutes him with his energy staff so he wouldn’t reveal who he was working for. Â
Creation
Knowbot was created by D.G. Chichester and Scott McDaniel in 1994 and first appeared in Daredevil # 326.
Abilities
Knowbot was an excellent computer hacker.
