Korakar Lok is a brilliant scientist turned supervillain from the planet Alkomar in a different dimension where time moves faster than in our own dimension. He came to Central City and pretended to be The Flash after building a machine that transferred the speed of every citizen of Alkomar to himself. He was eventually defeated by The Flash with the help of Doralla Kon.
