Leader of a group simply called Phoenix there ultimate goals were unknown but they tried to fix a boxing match so that they’d end up winning a ton of cash. Foggy Nelson who was the District Attorney at the time looked in on the operation having his suspicious about the group. This suspicion caused Kragg to try and scare Foggy off. Unlucky for Kragg, Daredevil heard the commotion and decided to look into in himself which ultimately led to Kragg’s downfall. He was sent to prison shortly thereafter for shooting Kid Gawain the boxer he wanted to throw the match, thankfully Kid survived.
