Kudzu was apparently brought from Japan to the United States in 1876. Since then this plant has become an urban legend that older trees talk about to frighten their saplings. It is said that centuries ago the kudzu vine found a way to entwine itself around a willing human subject, an ancient Samurai warrior. Supposedly, this plant/human hybrid now works as an immortal assassin-for-hire, though Kudzu only kills those who violate his specific code of ethics. There are reports of Kudzu being hired by the Green to eliminate a rogue Tefe Holland, but this agent strongly doubts the existence of such a fanciful creature.
