Overview
After the Skrull Empire is split into factions, Kylor becomes a leader of one of five factions, claiming himself as the Emperor of the Skrulls.
Kylor is responsible for starting the Second Kree-Skrull War when unnerved by the presence of the Celestials. His spy Nenora on Kree-Lar informs him of plans by the Kree Supreme Intelligence enabling him to get the upper hand in the first part of his attacks.
After Supreme Intelligence lost his mind, Nenora became Supreme Leader of the Kree. She betrayed Kylor and he and his fleet were killed by the Kree.
