Lady Burning Fish is one of the more obscure members of the Special Executive‘s team of inter-dimensional mercenaries.
What little that is known about her is purely speculation.
She appears to be a gelatin-like creature that lays on a hovering platform which allows her to fly, she’s been seen to be capable of firing off energy blasts, and she apparently speaks only in haiku’s.
