Lady Marianne is one of the wives to Emperor Charles zi Britannia. She is the mother to Lelouch vi Britannia and Nunnally vi Britannia. She was mysteriously assassinated, leading to a series of events that nobody anticipated.
Powers and Abilities
Marianne was a renowned Knightmare pilot, earning herself the nickname “Marianne the Flash.” The Knight of One, Bismarck Waldstein, said that he had to use his Geass – the ability to see the future – only once before fighting Suzaku Kururugi, and that was when he faced Lady Marianne.
Geass
Marianne has the power known as “Geass,” granting her the ability to transfer her soul into another person, even using it to escape death. While she possessed a person, she could take control or remain “in hiding” as she pleased. She was also able to telepathically contact C.C. from across great distances.
