Lara is a convict who is to be executed on an asteroid.
Character History
Lara is sent to an asteroid to die for a crime he committed. No one on his asteroid know when they will die but they do know the asteroid could blow up at any time.  One day the Enterprise Crew land on his asteroid and he tries to get them to take him off the asteroid but Kirk refuses to help him. Eventually, he dies when his asteroid explodes.
