Leland McCauley III is an antagonist and business rival of R. J. Brande. His son, Leland McCauley IV would be the founder and funder of Workforce a rival to the Legion. Ra’s Al Ghul would murder McCauley and assume his identity. The First Leland McCauley was a mentor to Azrael and a member of The Order of Purity.
