Origin
Much of Leon’s history is unknown, what is known is that at some point he stole a safe that belonged to The Goon and Franky, thus he became an enemy of theirs.

Leon was created by Eric Powell for ‘The Goon’ comic series.
Major Story Arcs
The Goon Volume Three
After stealing a safe that belonged to The Goon & Franky, Leon finds himself in conflict with the Goon himself. The ensuing battle results in Leon being tossed onto a pile of harpoons, three of which stab him through the chest. Not willing to let the Goon have his safe back so easily, Leon kicks it into the ocean where it becomes guarded by an old sea hag.
