Origin
Leong and his sister have been aged to adulthood and manifested mutant powers on two separate occasions. When aged by Mojo, they took the name âTemplateâ and possessed symbiotic powers. After being manipulated by Spiral via her Body Shoppe, Leong called himself Nanite and possessed an independent set of powers.
Powers
As Template: symbiotic psionic power allows the twins to influence their victims, mentally and physically regressing them to obedient children;
As Nanite: possessed animated skin and was able to control its form and motion or detect portions of it and regenerate new skin
