Origin
Very little is known about Lex Concord. He was the only superhero of colonial Delta City, which was swallowed by Flying Buttress in or around 1776. It is unclear if he was a superhero when Delta was swallowed, and thus was either immortal or put into stasis while Flying Buttress was exiled from Earth, or if he recently became the hero of Delta.
Creation
Lex Concord was created by Keith Giffen, Tom Bierbaum, and Mary Bierbaum. He made his first appearance in The Heckler #6.
Major Story Arcs
The Heckler
Lex Concord waits for Heckler to arrive, but ultimately departs sometime prior to his arrival. He travels to the future of 2776, leaving behind a vacant Delta and a note that further confuses the Heckler.
Powers or Abilities
Lex Concord may have some level of precognitive ability, as he seemed to be aware of Heckler’s imminent arrival. He was also able to travel to the future, but it is unclear if he was able to do this under his own power, or he was brought there.
