History
Libellula [italian for Dragonfly] is one of the hundreds of person caught in the radiation breakdown of a nuclear central in Russia.
As all other victim of the incident, he remain contaminated and imprisoned into “La Cittadella degli Speciali” [The Citadel of Specials], a City Sized prison in Siberia, where the Soviet Government start to study them.
While many of the “Specials” [as the Russian Government label them] died for radiation infection, he, whose true name is still unknown, develop the ability to fly.
Even if he is an autistic, he was the first Special able to escape from the Citadel of the Specials, but he returned to aid Artiglio [Claw] in taking control of the Citadel and of the Division. After, Libellula remain alongside the new guide of the organization.
His current whereabouts are unknown, and it’s not know if he still work for the Division, now guided by Yelena. Also, it’s not know the true extension of his power, or if he suffer of some phisycal debilitation [other than autism], typical of others “Specials”.
