A police officer who has, in a few instances, helped Spider-man. He helped him with the cases of Shade, Digger and Grey Goblin (He told a man at NYPD to take a tiny spec of Spider-mans webbing to a safe place, just in case it would be needed some day. It hasn`t been used.).
It should be noted, that during his first appearances, he was a cheerful character. During the Sins past-storyline though, he was much more sulky. It might be because of a personal tragedy. It might not even be important at all.
