Lightnin’ Bolt Bill first appears in the Weird Western Tales in the first story, Tall Tales.
Major Story Arcs
A drunken gunslinger, after reading a book on famous Western heroes, is on the hunt for Wild Bill Hicock and confuses one Bill for another. Lightnin’ Bolt Bill gives the gunslinger a chance to leave and when he doesn’t take it, the two fight. The gunslinger is quickly killed.
Powers & Abilities
Bill possesses the ability to project electrical energy in the form of small controlled bursts from his finger tip, firing them like a gun. He also possesses heightened reflexes and the ability to jump great distances/heights.
