Lili Rochefort

Four years prior to her participation in the King of the Iron Fist tournament, Emilie de Rochefort lived an aristocratic life alongside her father, the Monegasce oil magnate mr. Rochefort, and their trusted butler, Sebastian. Everything changed when she was kidnapped, and was forced to fight her way out of captivity, even managing to take out one of her captors. That event triggered her hunger to fight.

However, as her father is a pacifist and doesn’t like needless fighting, Lili was conflicted in what to do. She then started to travel around the world, under the guise of having a simple vacation. However, she was instead taking part of several fighting tournaments all around the world. One day, she was invited to yet another tournament, that was hosted by none other than the Mishima Zaibatsu, one of her father’s problems. She decided to participate and try helping her father’s situation. Unfortunately, she was defeated by the one who would turn out to be her main rival in that exact moment: Asuka Kazama.

Tekken 6

After returning from the tournament, her father soon discovered about her participation in it, and has forbidden her from leaving the mansion. Soon after that, her father’s oil fields were taking over by Jin Kazama’s Mishima Zaibatsu. Due to that event, mr. Rochefort accumulated a lot of stress and collapsed. Worried for his well being, Lili figured that if she could get back his oil fields, she would be able to relieve her father’s anxiety. After the Zaibatsu’s announcement of the sixth King of the Iron Fist tournament, she decided to take part of it to help her father’s situation, and probably, avenge her loss against Asuka Kazama.
