Lille Barro is one of the Sternritter, as well as one of the Elite Sternritter. His letter is X, and it stands for the X-Axis. Lille Barro is actually the first Quincy to be given a Volstanding. It is because of this he calls himself “The Envoy of God”.

I think it should be noted that the way Lille Barro attacks is not power-based. Lille Barro’s attacks are based entirely on hax. His power is that his attacks simply penetrate everything and anything that is in between the attack and its target.
In just his base form it already had this property. This power basically guarantees that Lille’s attacks will always connect with its target. Anything from point A to point B will be completely erased. The power is to pierce anything. This basically means that no matter how durable you are you will still simply be pierced. Dodging the attack is also not an option either. This statement is further reinforced by the fact that Shunsui even claims he cannot dodge the attack. In his base form, his X-axis ability had a weakness in that it could fire one attack at a time, however, in this state, Lille is capable of firing multiple attacks at once. Each of these attacks has the same properties as the attacks mentioned above.
In his final form Jilliel, his powers are all once again amplified. In this form, he is able to fire an attack that surpasses his former attacks. This attack is known as “Light Of Judgment”. This attack does appear to lack the undodgeable trait that his previous attacks did.

Not only does Lille Barro possess insanely overpowered attacks but he also possesses insanely powerful defense as well. You see when Lille Barro opens both his eyes three times he becomes completely intangible. He is completely immune to physical attacks but he is also immune to energy attacks. This is proven by the fact that not even kido is able to affect him or even touch him.
His intangibility is quite problematic for your team.
Moving on, even if Lille Barro does somehow get damaged killing him will be almost impossible. Even if you cut his head straight off he will still come back. Putting down Lille will be a very difficult task and one I am not sure your team has the means to accomplish.
