Linda Wei

Linda Wei was a news reporter that reported a story on television regarding the random violence caused by heavily armed youths. Wei also stated in her story that the police were overlooking two vigilantes, Ghost Rider and the Punisher that tried to stop the violence and implied that they could be one and the same person.  

Creation

Linda Wei was created by Howard Mackie, Javier Saltares and Mark Texeira in 1990 and first appeared in Ghost Rider # 5.
