Lira is the creation of Professor Ivo who designed her as a cybernetic organism with advanced probability capabilities and an experimental cruelty algorithm. It was believed that she was perhaps created to bolster the armory of the Secret Society of Supervillains. At some point, she ended up in Roulette’s cage matches in Japan where she became one of the resident champions alongside her partner Muck the Unknowable. During this time, she and Muck were set against two newcomer fighters called the Orphan Sisters. Unknown to them, these were actually Wonder Woman and Black Canary in disguise. Lira battled Wonder Woman where the android managed to overpower the Amazon initially and enjoyed putting her in pain. However, when Lira touched Diana’s bracelets, a burst of energy emerged from them that reduced the mechanical being into destroyed parts thus ending the match.
