Lisa first met Billy Batson in Fawcett City just after a riot that was brought about by the Legends Crisis. She took Billy home and her parents fed him and kept his safe until he got angry at Lisa’s sister playing with a superman action figure and took it away upsetting Billy and he left the house with Lisa chasing him.
When she caught up with Billy he was full of doubt about being a hero and becoming Captain Marvel. Lisa however, not knowing Billy was Captain Marvel believed in him. She does her best to comfort Billy.
