Lok was tasked with taking the Task Force X from Amanda Waller and pitting them against a terrorist group, the Revolutionaries. The Revolutionaries were interfering with politically motivated crimes against Badhnesia carried out by Lok’s mysterious boss, Black Mask posing as Ted Kord to use Kord Industries resources. Lok was ultimately killed by Deadshot.
