In Post-Crisis continuity, Deke Dickson is a former employee of S.T.A.R. Labs who stole his technology company to engage in crime. The team was subtracted by Dickson molecular disruption device that gave him the ability to pass through matter. However despite only acquire superpowers Dickson is known for being inept criminal. In his first theft (calling themselves Loophole) Dickson was easily stopped by Superman.
