Maybe the Toxic Man (seen at the last page of Zen Intergalactic Ninja #6 – An Alien In New York) was meant to be Lord Contaminous. The series was cancelled after #6 however, so no other name or background was given to the Toxic Man.
Power & Abilities
Lord Contaminous usually makes use of a staff which fires bolts of concussive force. He’s able to break off one of his spikes and hurl it at his enemies.
