Created by Alan Hebden and Lopez, Commander Lorna Varn was 2000AD’s first female lead.
Lorna appeared in the nine-part series ‘Death Planet’ (progs 62-70). The series was also reprinted in the free graphic novel, given away with the Judge Dredd Megazine issue 321.
