Loud Howard is an office worker with a ridiculously huge mouth and loud voice.
Creation
Howard was created by Scott Adams, who only ever intended for the character to make one or two appearances. But he proved so popular that he has returned several times. He is also a popular character in the animated series, in which he plays a far more prominent role.
In Other Media
In the animated TV series Dilbert, Howard appears regularly. While in the comic strips his loudness is not explored to any great depth, in the show is voice is shown to crumble walls, shatter objects and send people in the vicinity fleeing.
