Danny Barr is a chain smoking able seaman who believes himself to be incredibly lucky.
Because of this when he sees criminals taking over the docks he dons a mask and puts his luck to the test by taking them on while taking the name Luckyman.
His main use of his ability is when confronted with two different possibilities or leads he flips a coin to decide what he should do.
