Ludwig is a professor and scientist. He is supposedly from Vienna. His experiments often backfire, and he uses Donald Duck, his nephews, and Goofy as test subjects for said experiments.
He has appeared in three separate animated series: Duck Tales, Raw Toonage, and Quack Pack.
