A man who joined the Rebel Oligarchist Front for unknown reasons, as his heart is clearly that of a poet and not a fighter.

Major Story Arcs

During an episode of “Ball Fondlers”, Luiz is keeping guard. Brother Diego arrives and the two lament their plight as soldiers. Diego tries to convince Luiz to abandon the Front. Luiz is never able to make up his mind, as his friend – and possibly his lover – is shot in the head right before his eyes.
