Lulu Bell ( ルル・ベル , Ruru Beru) is a blonde Noah representing the “Lust” of Noah. She appeared early in the anime-adaption and later in the manga series. As a Noah, her hair is black and she often appears wearing a black suit and blue tie with sunglasses or as a black cat in the anime for spying purposes and retains various cat-like qualities as a human. She is voiced by Ogasawara Arisa in the Japanese anime dub. She has yet to reappear in the series.
Lulu Bell possesses the ability of metamorphosis or “Form” and she is not limited to a solid state. She can take on the qualities of water, where many attacks pass through her, and the appearance of another character, as shown when she impersonated the Branch Head Andrew Nansen. She can also transform her hands into whip-like tentacles which she can use to pierce, strike, or slice.
Lulu Bell is first seen on the Ark with the Earl after the old Ark and the Akuma egg, which is used to create more Akuma, are taken by the Exorcists to the Black Order headquarters in Europe. She later impersonates one of the Branch Heads and successfully infiltrates the Order. She, along with several Skull, guardians of the Akuma egg, and hundreds of Akuma, attack in an attempt to retrieve the egg and create Skulls out of the most intelligent of the Science Section. After seeing Allen, she decides to take him too, to fill the spot of the 14th. She is almost successful, but because of the Generals and Allen, the egg is destroyed in an explosion. Lulu Bell survives as Sheryl mentions that she was “crying bitterly” because of this failure, but has not been seen since the attack. In the anime, her role includes several different encounters with the Exorcists when she fails to retrieve an Innocence earlier in the series.
