He is usually seen with his assistant / nephew, Chester Punkett, a greasy haired boy and later, greasy faced teen. Inventor of the Time Taxi. Eventually defeated by Little Archie.
He and Chester are part of the crew of the scow “The Pride of Walvis Bay”. They frequently jump ship in Riverdale. He has a relative, Mad Madam Doom, who is a crystal reader.
