HISTORY
The Mad Monk uses a powder to take power from Death, and leaving the grim reaper powerless. Mr. Justice senses that Death recently visited the Mad Monk’s castle, yet can’t figure out why. After observing many people maimed, waiting at “death’s door”, in failed surgeries and many other situations where they should die, yet all of them continued to live.
Mr. Justice visits Death, who tells him of the situation. The Royal Wraith then goes to battle the Mad Monk. The alchemist falls into a table of chemicals and catches on fire. He is horribly burned and wishes a way out. Mr. Justice tells him that death is the only way out. The Mad Monk then uses the capsule of powder to return Death’s powers so he can die.
