Magcargo is large, snail-like Fire-type Pokémon that seems to consist almost entirely out of magma, much like its pre-evolution. However, it has gained a hard shell that is made out of hardened magma. This shell seems to have a circular-shape and has small holes in it that spurts out small flames. This shell is somewhat thin and can flake off easily.Â
