Character
Kenneth Kozlow first appears in The Pitiful Human-Lizard #1 and fights alongside Lucas Barrett who is The Human Lizard. Kozlow is a slacker and game lover who followed his highschool friend Lucas Barrett into the superhero life. He is the self-proclaimed king of Toronto Underworld and uses an army of trained rats and alligators.
Powers & Abilities
Kozlow has the power to control animals and named them after baseball players from the 1992-93 World Series Champions.
