Apparently the deranged son of multi-millionaires, Major Love sought to foment mayhem and chaos by enlisting his own personal army, D.E.A.D (Direct Euthanasia Action Division). In order to commit a mass murder he poisoned a vast sum of money and released it to the the L.A. Public. After a clash with Spider-Man and Chamber, Husk and Skin of Generation X, Chamber and Spider-Man were able to send out a telepathic impulse to the public to drop the money.
