Jason Wynn received Psychoplasm from Malebolgia when he ordered Al Simmons to be killed. It reacted and fused with Al’s memories creating Simmonsville. The military would later put Major Vale in charge of Simmonsville to oversee the use and study of Simmonsville only to have a portal to Hell open inside of it. In an attempt to save Simmonsville he entered it to take control. Spawn however entered and eventually destroyed Simmonsville and killed Major Vale when he attempted to stop him.
