Brief History
The Man-Slayer was a plastoid created by the Mad Thinker. He was sent to destroy the Moon Rocket at “the Cape”, the NASA base where Captain Marvel worked as Dr. Lawson. When he was about to kill Captain Marvel, Black Widow destroyed its energy transmitter, stopping him.
Later he kidnapped Carol Danvers, but it was defeated by Captain Marvel, this time permanently.
