Manta is the last survivor of the aquatic civilization of Mu. Awakened by the human girl raised by dophins called Moray they would unite forces to protect the Seas from exploitation. Manta first debuted in the Saturday morning cartoon Tarzan and the Super 7 during the 1970's.
