Marvin the Martian was first seen on Looney Tunes on 24th July 1948. The episode was called “Haredevil Hare”.
Marvin is often accompanied by his loyal companion, K-9.

In the animated series Duck Dodgers, Marvin is the Commander of Mars and serves the Queen Tyr’ahnee, in the series, he is called Commander X-2 (name used in the 1952 short The Hasty Hare).
